Article 1 - Purpose and Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the BYNERIMA website. By placing an order, you unconditionally accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

 

Article 2 - Products and Availability

The products offered (wigs, hair extensions, and hair accessories) are described as accurately as possible. Our product offerings and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website, while supplies last.

 

Article 3 - Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC). BYNERIMA reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price charged is the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Payment is made securely by credit card or any other payment method offered on the website.

 

Article 4 - Ordering and Cancellation

Any confirmed order constitutes a binding acceptance of the sales contract.

Right to Cancel: You have 1 hour after confirming your order to request its cancellation before it is processed. After this time, the order can no longer be canceled and will follow the normal delivery/return procedure.

 

Article 5 - Shipping and Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery times then vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at the time of order. Information regarding delivery times and methods is provided at the time of order.

Delivery is deemed complete upon the carrier’s delivery of the package to the recipient or to any person authorized to receive it.

 

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal and Returns (Hygiene)

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Given the nature of the products offered, all returns must comply with the hygiene and storage conditions specified in BYNERIMA’s return policy. In particular, the wig must be returned in its original condition, with its packaging and protective elements, and must not have been used beyond a simple try-on.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is attributable to BYNERIMA.

Article 7 - Warranties and Claims

Our products are covered by applicable legal warranties, including the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.

If a product is defective or does not conform to specifications upon receipt, the customer may contact BYNERIMA to report the problem and learn about the procedures for resolution.

 

Article 8 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the BYNERIMA website (text, visuals, logos, photos) are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of BYNERIMA. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited.
